Here is another TED talk on how to improve the world. This talk discusses the poorest countries of the world and examines what can be done to improve the lives of people who live there. Interesting food for thought. I have not read Collier’s book, but I have added it to my wish list.

  1. I was listening to a radio show last week, and they made a funny but true comment. The US needs to export FUN! All these countries in the deserts need dune buggies. Why not build an amusement park in Africa? (I realize the absurdity but it’s worth a second thought)
